MVP development
Define your first release, design the essential user journey, and build a product you can test with users.
Software development & AI automation
We help founders and growing businesses launch web and mobile products, connect their tools, and reduce repetitive work—from defining the scope to supporting the software.
Start with a conversation about your goals, current challenges, and what to build first.
const engagement = {
scope: 'agreed first',
product: 'web or mobile',
automation: 'where it helps'
};
ONE PARTNER.
EVERY STAGE.
01 / A better way to build
From the first conversation to the release, we connect technical decisions to what your business actually needs.
Built around your business.
Supported by the right expertise.
A shared workspace for requests, approvals, and project updates.
Off-the-shelf tools rarely match real processes, so work spreads across spreadsheets, email threads, and manual copy-paste.
We design and build software around your actual processes — not the other way round.
Customer portals, internal dashboards, and web and mobile applications your team and customers can rely on.
02 / What we do
Start with a focused engagement.
Expand when your business needs it.
Define your first release, design the essential user journey, and build a product you can test with users.
Build web applications, mobile apps, and internal tools that fit your business processes.
Connect your systems and automate repetitive tasks, with human review where decisions need oversight.
Add agreed engineering and delivery skills to support your existing team and backlog.
Clarify priorities, improve your backlog, and create a practical plan for upcoming releases.
Maintain your application, resolve agreed issues, and plan improvements after launch.
03 / How we work
We make the work understandable,
the priorities visible, and the decisions explicit.
Discover your users, challenges, and goals. Define the problem worth solving.
Discover · DefineAgree on the scope, shape the experience, and set a practical delivery plan.
DesignReview working software, test what matters, and adjust with feedback.
Build · TestLaunch with a clear handover. Support the product and plan the following improvements.
Launch · SupportFrom your first MVP to steady, supported operations.
04 / Who we help
Test your idea with a focused MVP. Define the user journey, build the essential experience, and learn from real users before expanding.

07 / A few things to know
Yes. A focused discovery, MVP, or automation project is a useful starting point. We agree on the scope and priorities together before delivery begins.
We look at your business goals, user needs, constraints, and current systems. Then we define a first release that addresses the most useful problem.
Yes. semi.team adds delivery capacity, while semi.agile supports priorities and ways of working. The engagement can complement your existing roles and tools.
Pricing follows the agreed scope. After a short discovery we propose a scope and an estimate for your approval before work starts, and we flag anything that would change the estimate before it happens. We don’t publish fixed prices because the right scope differs from project to project.
Yes. We start with a review of the application, its documentation, and how it is operated. From there, semi.build can deliver improvements and semi.care can take over maintenance and support.
Ownership of the code, designs, and documentation produced for you is set out in the engagement contract, which we agree with you in writing before work starts. We walk through those terms before you commit.
A short conversation about your goals and constraints, access to the people and systems involved, and an agreed scope. For existing software or workflows, we may also ask for access or sample material so we can assess the work accurately.
Change is expected. When something new comes up, we discuss it, agree how it affects the scope and estimate, and only then add it to the plan — so you always know what you are paying for and why.
semi.care covers maintenance and support through an agreed scope: issue triage, documentation, planned improvements, and a release plan you approve. The support level and response expectations are set in the support agreement itself.
Tell us where the work is stuck —
or where it should go. We’ll agree a practical starting scope.
